To boost that" feel good hibernation" have some mood boosting winter foods such as salmon, berries, green leafy vegetables, eggs, cottage cheese, yoghurt, rich warming stews( grass fed meat with plenty of vegetables), a square of dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds or use that mood boosting spice saffron.
