Hi, I'm Hazel

I have a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The College of Naturopathic Medicine and am BANT and CNHC registered. I also have a BSc in Pharmacy and still practice

Through working as a pharmacist for over 30 years, a continuous thread has been my success in improving the health of my clients through sound dietary, supplements and lifestyle advice. I enjoy close relationships with everyone I work with and gain enormous satisfaction from assisting in their positive journey to optimal health

My training as a pharmacist adds a unique dimension to my knowledge and skillset and complements my role as a nutritional therapist. I am committed to building a stronger and more resilient you and in helping you to experience increased wellness and vitality for your situation.

I cannot diagnose conditions and will liaise with other health professionals but I am on your side for you to improve your symptoms and probe to get to the root cause.

What clients say...

"After years of struggling, even with a "healthy" diet it was time to see what I was missing.

I've seen a lot of improvement in the last 3 months, been given some great advice and easy food swaps."

Jackie

"Hazel's support, knowledge, recommendations and patience helped me reach my goals.

I am more aware of what is good for me and feel so much better"

Anon

"Hazel made me understand my body better and what was causing me problems, which was chronic acid reflux and we addressed the underlying problems together, which really helped!

Life changing!"

Dom

Why did I become a Nutritional Therapist?

Over many years of being a community pharmacist (now I am a clinical pharmacist in a GP surgery) I saw the benefit in conventional medication, however, there was always room for lifestyle advice/coaching and deep diving to the root cause and complementing the healing process with supplementation, diet and alternative approaches.

I, myself, suffered with IBS and through my own lifestyle choices, foods and supplementation took back control of my life.

3 years of studying my level 6 diploma whilst managing a very busy pharmacy through covid was challenging but it was the best thing I could have done and I love researching, reading and having discussions with like minded or not health professionals as it expands my world in order to support you with your health and well being at the core.
