Contact me to arrange an informal chat by phone to understand your expectations and check you are happy to take the next step in your health journey.
When we have made a booking for the initial consultation, you will be sent some paperwork, including questionnaires to return to me 48-72 hours prior to your consultation.

Initial consultation - 75 minutes
In this hour-long consultation we'll review your completed paperwork and discuss your symptoms, medical history, current diet, lifestyle, medications and supplements. You'll be able to talk through your goals and the impact they have on your life during this appointment.
As a result I will produce a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan detailing:

Dietary health check - 45 minutes
Prior to this online meeting, you'll be sent a seven-day food diary to complete. Then, we'll discuss your diet and discover how new delicious foods can easily be added into daily recipes. We'll explore the health benefits and importance of a varied diet for a healthy lifestyle.
This is designed for those who have no specific health concerns or conditions. If you'd then like to book an initial consultation or a package you will receive 10% discount.

Couples lifestyle changes - 90 minutes
Looking to make some healthy lifestyle changes together?
This service is designed for people who live together who wish to support each other in nutrition and lifestyle changes. It will be tailored to both of you and your practical implementation within your household but each plan will also be designed to suit individual aims. You will both fill in questionnaires and our initial meeting will be 90 minutes long.
Ongoing support can be provided with one-hour follow-ups that will cost £90.
